This critter is called an Umia. I created it as part of my design project - to design a whole encyclopedia of new fantasy/mythical creatures, complete with stats and encyclopedia-type information. This specific tree climbing critter is rather small, and is nocturnal, and it feeds on insects and very small rodents. They also have fairly long tongues.
